Availability of seats and fares are indicative and can be confirmed only upon payment confirmation

Ticket is Non-Changeable Non-Refundable –

Deposits are non-refundable and can hold the seat only (not the fare) so if there's any fare difference springing up at the time of ultimate payment, it'll be charged accordingly. - Company doesn't take any responsibility for the valid travel document (s) for the passenger. As a agency, we only do flight tickets and hotels. We strongly advice you are taking advice of concerned consulate for any issues regarding transit or the other visas.

General Procedures if you've got a Complaint

if you've got a controversy during your holiday, please inform the relevant Supplier (e.g. your hotel) immediately. If they are unable to resolve the issue, please contact us immediately via e-mail or phone. If you fail to timely contact us, we'll not be permitted the chance to analyze your complaint and try and rectify any error while you're away, and this could affect your rights under this Agreement.

REFUND POLICY AND PROCEDURES

All refund requests on tickets are subject to the principles of ticketed fare, and charges or penalties may apply to your refund. Your itinerary is CANCELLED at the time the refund is processed.
Rawanda, will process the refund request through the airlines. Every Airline has their specific duration for all refunds and Rawanda doesn't have control on the refund process, procedure or duration of the Airline. The corporate can issue refunds only there refund process has been completed by the airline and our accounts are credited.

In view of this procedure, we advise customers to permit a minimum of 21 working days where they'll be told of any update possible. Refunds for eligible tickets purchased with cash or check are processed within 30 business days from when your request is processed.

For other services, which we've already made deposits as commitments to 3rd party suppliers to confirm that your bookings are guaranteed, the third party policy concerning refunds is applicable. this might take duration of 10-21 working days for such refunds to be ready.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

If we withdraw or terminate a Product or service, you shall be immediately notified of the withdrawal or termination and also the reason for the withdrawal or termination. Important Notice Regarding Airline Reservations

If you reach an airline ticket or passenger check-in counter along with your confirmed ticket and find that the airline shows no reservation for you – don't leave the counter. Check your ticket. If the status box shows “OK” for the flight in question, the airline policies typically require them to accommodate you thereon flight, or if that's insufferable, they need to either find you a substitute flight or pay you denied boarding compensation. If necessary ask to talk to a supervisor.

(a) the cancellation of your reservation or purchase,
(b) your forfeiture of any monies procured your reservation or purchase,
(c) you being denied access to the applicable travel related product or service, and
(d) our right to debit your account for any costs we incur as a results of such violation.

You represent and warrant that
(a) you're of sufficient age to use our services and website and may create binding legal obligations in reference to your use,
(b) you're legally authorized to act on behalf of these you represent and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf, and
(c) the knowledge supplied by you or members of your group is true and proper. You understand that you simply are financially chargeable for any use of our services or website by you and people using your name or account.
